Why do insurance agents always cover up verbal mistakes and then omit what they relayed...?
AGAIN...LOUIS AT THIS AGENCY TOLD ME TO BE LISTED AS AN INTERESTED PARTY ON MY TENANTS RENTERS POLICY. He agreed to make that happen and send me the policy and new declaration page.
Today, the owner, refuted such conversation and gave a different scenario.
All they had to do was apologize and arrange a joint call with my tenants.
I stand by my original post and review.
